Zain Shah
Founder & CEO
Zain Shah is the Founder and CEO of Zeed and one of the San Francisco Bay Area's most experienced data, analytics, and AI executives. With 20+ years of leadership across CPG, fintech, insurance, healthcare, and retail, Zain has built and transformed data organizations at Herbalife Nutrition, First Republic Bank, and AAA Northern California — delivering outcomes that include a 42% year-over-year fintech sales increase, a 30% increase in sales across all retail product lines, and scaling an automotive P&L achieving a 143% CAGR.
As a fractional CDAO, Zain embeds directly into client organizations to align data strategy with business objectives — bringing the senior leadership and hands-on execution capability that mid-market companies need to become truly data-driven. He holds an MIT Post-Graduate Certification in AI Strategy and Leadership and an MBA in International Business and Finance from Saint Louis University.
